Few Americans know how deep Navy Special Operations really goes. We needed to reveal the roles most people never see to the rare few who might actually belong there.
THE IDEA
We celebrated people who don’t flinch when all eyes are on them, then challenged them to step into the shadows and see how far that instinct could take them.
THE IMPACT
They answered. Spotlight helped drive Navy Special Operations recruiting beyond target, reaching 102% of its annual goal.
